The original concept for Resercom was conceived in the late nineties by its Founder and CEO, Erik Hanson, while working in the restaurant industry. Having witnessed first-hand the explosion of both takeout and e Commerce, Erik understood that online ordering would eventually become the path of least resistance for patrons wanting to order takeout in this “time conscious” and “self-service” society that we live in today.

Officially organized in 2005, Resercom today is a DFW-based restaurant software company that specializes in true online ordering solutions designed to help increase a restaurants take-out business. These solutions, which contain many marketing features, turn a restaurant’s Website into a profit center for the purpose of generating revenue. Today, with online ordering literally taking off around the world, Resercom has now expanded its operation nationwide.
